Some where I came across a piece of news ,that if we want to lose weight, a simple way is to record what you eat every day. Let us look back what we ate the previous day and we may be able to find out the unwanted items we ate and make sure we improve our intake that day . In a few days we may be able to control what we have to eat and thus maintain our desired weight in course of time.PLEASE COMMENT.
