Emotionally Transmitted Diseases (ETD)..
When you are under the spell of these emotions, you cannot think clearly. Emotions cloud your decision, thinking and reasoning. Therefore, never make a decision when you are under the influence of an emotion, especially when you are angry. Your decisions are bound to be biased and wrong. Hold your decisions till cloud of emotions pass by. Let the sunshine of intellectual clarity surface. You regain your intellectual stability.
Desires are the perpetual enemy of human beings. Wisdom is enveloped by this constant enemy of the wise in the form of desire, which is as insatiable as fire.
Do not condemn yourself, if you have desires. You only have to develop a mastery over them, and it is a matter of time before you will purify yourself. The mind has a tendency to constantly develop desires and each desire goes through a series of modifications. The desires and their modifications, thus, torture you like captives in hell. Therefore, gaining knowledge of the Self is of primary importance to ensure a happy life.
