WHAT CAN I SAY
This is a love poem dedicated to our valued readers!
What can I say about the way you envision things?
With eyes like an eagle that searches by the wings
With ears like Bach that balustrades the rythmms
With a mind like Roentgen that creeps by zillions!
What can I say about the things that amuse you?
Terms of endearment for anything that is lovely,
Fascination with uprightness that intrigues me,
Peace and justice, love for God and the weary...
What can I say about the friends that surround you?
Of all ages, bright and brilliant, weak and feeble...
No bias, no prejudice; as a person what a delight!
Truth in word, O' kind and humble enough!
What can I really say about how I feel for you?
Quite nervous, but happy and all oddities new
It's a love that is strange, unexplainable by dew,
Now, let's turn the table and see what you knew!
