do the opposite. It aids in the strengthening of the

dubbed as miracle food for the heart. It can be found
in sardines, salmon and mackerel.

Grains are also good for our health. It makes one full
such that there is need for less food. It is also healthy
for our cardiovascular system especially if one eats
oats and flakes.

Enjoy the benefits of nuts. It is not only good for the heart
