SALMON DELIGHT
4 salmon steaks, skinless
4 slices proscuitto
200 g beans
12 cherry tomatoes
Wrap the salmon steaks in prosciutto and place in a
baking dish. Add the cherry tomatoes and beans.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for
10-15 minutes.
Optional: Top with some toasted pinenuts and a
drizzle of lemon juice
