"Almonds are high in calcium and a source of Vitamin E, proteins and healthy fats.  Almonds have also been shown to help reduce blood glucose levels.  Pecans are high in vitamins E and A and a good source of zinc.  It is good for blood vessel health.  Chestnuts are a good source of Vitamin E, fibre and folate. It helps with blood formation."
