LOVE AT THE AIRPORT
There are many places where love is manifested, at home in the church and many more but sometimes it is difficult to visualise that love is so transparent at the airport. Hustle and bustle is in the air at one of the busiest airports in the world. First, I saw those brilliant pilots with their baggage after them. They look so confident and azure, so calm and cool. Next, here comes the lovely stewardess oozing with energy and sophistication! But the one that strikes me is the human element of love and friendship along the waiting corridor. A woman almost jumped at the sight of her friends and they all seemed not to have seen each other for years. A lady garbed in sari was welcomed with a warm embrace from someone, probably her husband. I saw a glow from somebody I know who have not seen her wife for about a year and a half. My heart melted in the airport! How they loved one another... I remembered Jesus saying in the gospel, "Love one another as I have loved you." The world is still alive; one must just go around the airport. Love is in the air at the airport! O' I just love to stroll in this place although I love to travel as much.
