THE FLOWERS IN A MEADOW: POEM BY ARIANNA ROSE PHILIP

THE FLOWERS IN THE MEADOW: ARIANNA ROSE PHILIP

THE FLOWERS IN THE MEADOW
*********
A LIMERICK
ARIANNA ROSE PHILIP
I WAS WALKING IN THE MEADOW

AND I SAW A FLOWER THAT WAS YELLOW

IT STARTED TO RAIN

AND IT FELT LIKE JELLO

THEN THE RAIN STOPPED

AND ALL NEW FLOWERS POPPED

AND ON MY WAY HOME
I THOUGHT OF A FUNNY FELLOW
********
