TIPS TO REJUVENATE ONE'S MOOD! BY CYNTHIA ABEGAIL

Did you have few anxieties lately?  Has your schedule been so overwhelming?
Here are some tips to rebound from the burnt-out!

1.  Pray always especially in the morning and in the evening before going
to bed.

2.  Smell the flowers in your garden.  If you do not have one, take a walk
and admire the beauty of the flowers around.

3.  Phone a friend, not for the Millionaire's Quiz but just to keep in touch.
It is comforting especially if your friend is not annoying!

4.  Shop once in a while and buy new clothes.  Variety is the spice of life,
but I did not mean have a spending spree.

5.  Read a new blockbuster book.  Think how blessed those people are!

6.  Have a relaxing day with yourself one day and do not do  the routine
things you usually do.

7.  Listen to your favourite music or you may try classics or love songs.
