SHADES OF TRUTH
Truth, effervescent crystal clear at the summit
Topple down the mighty, sweep the chaff----
Wheat purified from tinges of guile, to sift
Pure, almond sweet harnessed as a gift!
Lo, but truth hurts! It may hurt the pride---
Awakened by the reality, no more of dreams
The fantasy subsides, bare mortality ensues
As scarlet wounds effuses the pain but real!
But truth may be gushing yellow as the sun,
So bright, translucent reveals the deepness
Of the bay of recesses where only God sees,
Tis true, evokes the contrite heart to view!
Truth is purple and royal as it's Source----
Transgresses all boundaries and realms,
Search for it from the rising to the setting,
Elusive, yet pensive for Truth never lies!
