But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in the bodies. 2 Cor 4:7-11
Trials and difficulties are a part of life. How these difficulties affect our relationship with God depends on how we decide to handle them. St. Paul was really hard pressed on every side, crushed often (stoned), but he never stopped serving the Lord with all His heart. God understands our weakness, He is delighted when we opt to trust Him and not give in to worry.
Worry is a natural part of our life; let us praise God more and more keeping our focus on Him. Let us thank Him for the many good things He is constantly giving us.
