It was dark and the moon hid by the night,
And stars dwindled in its starry brightness,
Not to see the sunset with hues and shades
And the paling of the shadows at dusk...
Greyish phantoms stir the cloudy dunes,
Eyes shadowed by the tears and drowns
Never to forget, never to unravel again
The sorrow filled the heart in bare pain.
The mind reflect how the season cling,
And winter blues unchain in being
Unbearable, only divine could sooth,
My heart in wounds, slow to heal!
This is a poem that touches a deep sorrow
of man when darkness overwhelms the light.
But will somehow soften but the wounds
will heal in time!
