Look after the least of your brothers and sisters: Reflection forwarded by Jane Pimenta of Prayer Aid

“"The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.' Matthew 25:40
Is there an issue that is causing  anxiety?  Are we faced with a lot of stress?  Maybe we are working too much because others will not help?  Whatever our situation, let us stop looking at ourselves but look for someone who needs reaching out to.  When we do a charitable deed, we do it for Jesus, and then He in turn does one for us in our present situation.   A brother from the order of HERALDS OF THE GOSPEL visited us with the statue of Our Lady of Fatima.  He shared with us that, unless we becomes slaves for Christ, we will never find peace.   Of course, this is difficult for us since we do not live in community like priests and nuns but the call to reach out remains and therein lies our blessings.
