We are all familiar with anxiety – let us be aware that others go through the same anxious moments. Each day of this week, let us try and cheers at least one person every day. There is always something we can appreciate, affirm, praise. We can always stop to talk to someone for a short while…..this week we will continue to guard our hearts against trouble and fear (like last week) and reach out to someone else…(I totally agree!
