The Burning Bush: Reflection by Prayer Aid (Jane Pimenta)
Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.” Exodus 3:2-3
The bush was burning but not destroyed because the Lord was in the bush! Similarly, any burning situation we face, let us be assured that the Lord is already in it, He is strengthening us to walk in our situation, He is holding us in His palm and we are ever before Him. It’s not easy, in fact it’s difficult, when we have no solutions, when we see things getting worse, when fear and anxiety stick to us like gum, yet let us work hard at believing He is in our situation. He is bigger than what we are going through. Let us keep saying “My God is Greater than my problem/grief” (Very true, we thought problems never end, but in reality, God come to our rescue. Only have faith! Excellent insights, Jane! Thanks). Cynthia Abegail for New World.
