THE VANISHING MIRAGE
Yesterday was a deep dream, you were at the seashore
Like a mirage that surface on a hot day, lo now away!
Like a mirage which sprouts at the whims of the sun,
Now away vanishing at the point of oblivion to wan.
The roses had wilted, no water and roots had dried,
And the leaves turned pale green, dry shoots O'bald,
Like a mirage that is not true but arises out of heat,
Like a mirage that is far, yet so near in my heart!
I held the mirage in my eyes to capture sweet moments,
Like a picture that is fresh as a dew, fresh as the lily
Yet now the mirage vanished as I lost his warmth O'
As I wait across the seas, never will the essence bear.
A maiden captured his sight; disappeared from mine,
Like a vanishing mirage, now we see and lost miles
The mirage that will come back, the day of dahlias!
It will but the time is uncertain as the mirage today
