250 g egg noodles
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp black beans
2 tbsp minced scented leaves
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup water chestnuts
1. Boil egg noodles for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl combine the next seven ingredients. Set aside.
3. Heat oil and saute onions and garlic until limp.
4. Stir in ginger, chicharo and water chestnuts.
5. Pour in hoisin mixture, bring to a boil, then toss in egg noodles.
6. Serve.
