Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come before his presence with singing! Ps 100: 1-2
Praise God with all your might. He is exalted all over his creation, visible and invisible. We shall not be stingy in praising our Creator in words and in songs. The Lord has been generous to us all the way.
Serve the Lord with a great smile, not with a washed faces. When you fast, remove that gloomy face and fast in good nature. Thus, the Lord will reward you for you have set aside hypocrisy and stopped showing off to your neighbours.
