What pleases the Lord (Jer 17: 7-8)

“But I will bless the person who puts his trust in me.  He is like a tree growing near the stream and sending out roots to the water.  It is not afraid when hot weather comes, because it’s leaves stay green.  It has no worries when there is no rain; it keeps on bearing fruit.  (Jer 17: 7-8).  Good News Bible.

What matters in this world is our trust in the Lord!  Summer, spring, winter and autumn 🍂 may come and go but our confidence in our Lord must not sway.  I understand that life is not easy.  Trials come, suffering is a part of life!  But do we remember the good times when we are watching the sunset 🌅 of beautiful hues.  It’s exhilarating beauty, a gift of God.  Have we recalled our recent birthday 🎁 when our family and friends gather around with glee.  My dear friends, let us focus on the grace and blessings of God and face also our problems valiantly.  For God did not promise a bed of roses and lilies, but strength and courage to face all of these trials.  May the Good Lord be praised forevermore eternally.  Love 💖 Cynthia Abegail
