Raphael called the two men aside privately and said to them: "Thank God.  Give Him the praise and the glory.  Before all the living, acknowledge all the many good things he has done for you, by blessing and extolling his name in song.  Before all men, honor and proclaim God's deeds and do not be slack in praising Him.  A king's secret is to be kept, but the works of God are to be declared and made known.   Tob 12: 6-7a

God dwells in the praises of His people.  Be generous in the praises for Almighty God not only because we truly love Him but most of all as He is our Creator, Provider and Redeemer.

For redemption reverberates throughout the Lent Season, Easter and throughout the Church calendar.
Our fasting, alms giving and piety will be of no use if we do not bear in mind how God save us from our sins with a hope of seeing Him face to face in the appointed time. (Book of John).

God as the Lord of History makes things happen.  The more we submit ourselves and praise Him, the more blessings are graced to us according to His will.

Yes, we can only say we worship God if we obey His commandments!  There should be no hypocrisy among us.  Worshipping God is not only by ritual but by living the gospel in our lives.  We do fail sometimes, but we must rise up again only by begging for God's help.  Why not?  We are creatures of God and at the same time His children.  We will be assisted just like a father could not resist his children's pleas.

Praise God forever and ever!  Amen.
