Fruited Leche Flan ---Philippine Recipe
4 eggs,lightly beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (439 g ) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, (or any brand) drained
Caramel:
4 tbsp. sugar
1.Caramel: Divide sugar into leche flan pans(medium llnera).
Hold pan with food tong and heat directly over low flame until
brown and sugar is caramelized. Set aside.
2.Flan: Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat well. Strain into prepared
pans. Divide Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail into 2 and spread over
each pan, reserving some for garnish. Cover with wax paper or foil
and steam for 30 minutes. Cool, then chill. Unmold and serve
upside down. Top with remaining fruit cocktail.
