Our invitation is to rejoice and be content in all our circumstances.  How do we rejoice when our storm is raging?  How do we rejoice when we see so much going wrong?  I think we in faith say the words “I praise and thank You Lord, I praise your name and know you are controlling my situation”…. “I know you can and you will take care of it”   I simply say the words, and in a while I calm down and feel almost peaceful.  The fear goes with praise, we may still feel some concern, but let us keep up the praise and even that will be taken away by the Lord.   (Very true!  This is the test of faith; we praise the Lord in times of joy and sorrow.  Trials will pass and abundance are at hand.  Praise God forever and ever).  Cynthia Abegail for New World.
