Extol is such a lofty word and it’s suiting to attest to God Almighty. When one extols God, it comes from the deepest recesses of one’s heart! It’s encompassing, affects all emotions and mind. There is no space for evil.The heart is predispose to praise the centre of his dreams and aspirations.
One will read about the stories of the Saints. Some could even go to ecstasy for their longing—God. It maybe too much for an ordinary layman to understand! One can extol God in his own way, not necessarily levitating into the air but just raising his eyes and soul to the Beloved, with no hypocrisy but only of utter sincerity and honesty. Praise the Lord!
